[讨论]Medical system Canada VS. China

Sorry, can't input chinese to express myself more clear. At office   :mad:

How do you guys think about the medical system here, compare to the one in China. It's true that everyone is coverd here for the basic (or fatal) need, but is it also true that the service here is more slow (just like the whole country)? I helped someone to a midnight emergency. What a long wait. You could die waiting at the hospital.  
In Canada, you don't have to pay certain fee. But where the money comes from? From the taxpayers. It means if you are a taxpayer, you loose the control of part of your precious income. In China, you have to pay everything, or even extra. But you are the decision maker. You decide what you want. (Is that true?) :confused:
Talking about the technology and utilities, obviously, Canada is much advanced than China. (I assume) But I was told that because a Chinese doctor have to take care of way more patients, maybe they ask for 'undertable' money, they have bad attitude, they also are much more experienced. After all, cure is more important than attitude.
Actually, I don't have the answer to this question. Hopefully, you guys can help me finding the answer.
