我昨天看了三家要卖掉或者是转让的西人餐厅，面对的客户群以白人为主。都有酒牌，其中一家比较适合夫妻两口子来经营。除掉地税、铺租、食物成本、水电，月赚一万左右，就算是老板有些抬高收入，打完8折就是8、9千左右。

地段在出高速与进入多伦多的路口，没有什么中国人。10多年的老店，叫价13万，有点贵。有兴趣我可以带你去看看。

find a good line, bring goods from China and selling in pickering flea market, open 2 days a week. take 401 east, exit at brock rd south, turn left at first trafffic light, you will find it at left hand side, a big building. I started my business in flea market back to 1989 at old building (north of 401).

I haven't go there for a while, but friend of mine he is selling handbags there, he said there is some vacant booths, daily rent C$95.00. you may need vendor's permit.
