2/log off
3/Log in as a new user created at step 1
4/reinstall the software

你知道会计文件的扩展名吗？，知道的话，可以用：
search for files 功能找到他们，一般你每一个月要做一次完全备份，每天做一次增量备份（用时很少），才可以做到万无一失啊。注意啊以后要小心。

1 。你先用备份软盘 restore 文件至一个新的目录，然后检查文件名

2 。在备份时选择 "advance"--> 在“ Type of Backup" 里选“ Incremental( 增量） " 就可以了
