Police hope a new sting operation by traffic enforcement officers will bring a drop in the number of collisions at Toronto's most dangerous intersection.
The intersection at Ellesmere Rd. and Warden Ave. was the site of the most serious collisions from 1998 to 2000. During that time, 63 people were injured or killed, according to the city's works and emergency services department.
