To the people who think the city council's decision is illegal, Ford said that too. He said he will challenge that in court, he also threatened to sue his former staff for reporting to police, he and his brother also said they would sue the media, he also........ Did he? No! He has some good lawyers, but why he didn't do any of those things? I maybe wrong, but I think he knows the law is not on his side. The truth is not on his side. Although he would take the Star to court and crush them if he managed to get the video from the drug dealer. Thank God, the police stopped it.

Hitler was also elected just as were these counselors and ended up taking over the government as a dictator. There is a very fine line between democracy and dictatorship. We have just crossed that line in Toronto. Monday was a sad day for our constitution, freedom, liberty and democracy. How ironic that this coup d’état occurred within the month of remembrance day – a day marking the sacrifice of so many men and women who sacrificed their lives for the very freedom we so easily and readily forsook yesterday in the City of Toronto. Two other options exist by the way: snap election or allowing Mayor Rob Ford to complete his term giving us the people the opportunity to boot him out next year – or vote him back in |
