I just got an offer for a semi-detached house and I was told that I need
to find an insurance company before the closing date. Could anyone
tell me which insurance company can provide good service at the most
reasonable price? And, I was told that I shouldn't tell the insurance
company that I may want to share the house with another family. Other-
wise, the insurance company will quote me a very expensive price or
even they don't want to provide the insurance. Is that true?

你可以告诉他们你准备出租，仅增加费用大约$20。否则出事后你可能得不到赔款！
那还不如不买呢！！！

最好将房屋保险作在同1保险公司，会便宜不少。GOOD LUCK。

同时在一个公司时他们仅给你10%的优惠，但价格不一定会低，还是比较一下吧！！！

I've tried to call the allstate. They quote me a very high price
about the auto insurance. The representative also suggest
that I call my present insurance company.
