土豆到达印度，印度政府排出一个农业部长来欢迎，这个部长连内阁议员都不是。

土豆这种草包到哪里都不受欢迎。
去中国连个贸易协定都没有签成；
去菲律宾还被菲总统痛骂；
去印度是个三流官员接待。

因为大家都知道这个草包说话假大空，却没有能力管理国家和进行贸易谈判，于是把他当猴耍。

He is presently the Minister of State for Agriculture in the Central Government. That comes in complete contrast to the warmth that PM Modi and his NDA govt. has generally displayed towards the visiting dignitaries, from the President of the United States to even the Prime Minister of Burma.
