     Listening和Reading，作为输入的Input 型，相比口语和写作，更容易得分。
有些同学深受考试之苦，成绩起伏不定，不断怀疑自己实力。其实如果基础还不错，
应该是方法和技巧不太科学。如需要资料或帮助，请私信我。
下面，我分享一下，我帮助学生们短期听力提分的一些tips吧。

      听力如何短期内快速提分？

   平时精听练习时 ，就如在考场一样，不断练习和强化。
    考前练习           

一、跟上听力节奏，注意 signals 信号词。 信号词的存在，如指路的导航一样，帮你有效捕捉信息。信号词一般有：

逻辑关联词：    

1. 转折： although, however, but, nevertheless, whereas, though

   （转折和对比的后面一般紧跟答案和考点，听力和阅读都是如此。）

     

例如：剑6 Test 2 Section 4

     One major problem with the first system was that （C）

      A. only one person could be filmed

      B. people could only see very short films

      C. the camera was very heavy

       录音原文：There were, however, a couple of problems with the system. The camera weighed over200 kilograms and only one person at a time could see the films.

2. 对比： on the contrary, by contrast, in comparison, instead, on the other hand

3. 原因：   because, since, as, for, result from, owing to, thanks to

4. 结果：   so, lead to, result in, cause, therefore, consequently

    例如：剑6 Test 2 Section 4

    Longer films were not made at the time because of problems involving ______

    A. the subject matter

     B. the camera

     C. the film projector

     录音原文：A continuing problem at the time was that the films had a tendency to break when they were being played a problem which was caused by the tension between the two wheels, or reels as they are called, which hold the films.

    5. 让步 :  in spite of this, despite this, even though, regardless of,
   6. 列举和例证:   on top of this, apart from that, for example, for instance, such as, let's take..., an example of this is, in that case,

      

   例如：剑6 Test 3 Section 2

    According to the speaker, George viewed Rosewood House as ______.

    A. a rich source of material for his books

    B. a way to escape from his work

    C. a typical building of the region

    录音原文：Moving to Rosewood allowed the family to start a new life. George regarded Rosewood as a pure example of a traditional country house of this part of England and did some of his most successful writing here.  

7. 序列关系： Firstly, secondly, thirdly, to begin with, next, last but not least, finally, in the first place, for one thing, for another, also, my next point is,in addition

     

8. 比较：  as + adj. / adv. +as,  on the contrary, in contrast, in comparison,

9. 递进： in addition, moreover, furthermore, what's more, needless to say,

10. 并列： and, or, as well as, along with,

11. 解释说明： It says/shows, the meaning is that, what I mean/mention, that is to say, in other words, Let me put it this way, it means that, another way of saying, the point is that。     

     例如：剑6 Test 1 Section 4  

     5th-10th centuries new technology allowed the production of goods made of 32 ___and___.

     录音原文：The technology they introduced meant that metal and leather goods were produced there for the first time.

     2. 除了以上逻辑关联词以外，还有一些强调的词汇需要注意。

    肯定/ 事实：in fact, actually, to tell you the truth, indeed, to be frank, the truth is that, must, certainly, it is likely that …

     例如：剑7 Test 4 Section 2

      Area                                  Facility                          Activity

     The Mangroves                Broadwalk                    18. _________

  The Mangroves boardwalk18_________

     录音原文：The Mangroves have been made more accessible to visitor by the boardwalk built during the park’s upgrade. You’d think that people would come here to look at the unusual plant life of the area, but in fact it’s more often used for cycling and is very popular with the local clubs.

   

3. 否定关系信号词 negative signals

       no, not, none, never, neither, nor, seldom, scarcely, barely, rather than, instead of, hardly, rarely, too…to, few, little, at no time, by no mean

   例如：剑8 Test 2 Section 4

   Shona says that in her questionnaire her aim was ______.

   A. to get a wide range of data

   B. to limit people’s responses

   C. to guide people through interviews

   录音原文：I specifically wanted to do a questionnaire, interviews with a focus group. With the questionnaire, rather than limiting it to one specific point, I wanted to include as much variety as possible.

这些技巧是锦上添花， 不一定能雪中送炭， 基本功还是要打扎实，毕竟以后生活和职场都需要很好的英文水平。
