根据新闻报道，个人认为这个案件的重点是：
1. 警察便衣出警，令受害人不能辨识身份；
2. 警察破门而入民宅，没有任何警告就将受害人击毙；

民主社会，家就是你的堡垒。魁北克曾经发生一起住户持枪自卫，把上门的警察击毙的案子，最后住户无罪。警察是否合法执法是关键点！双方都不应该轻易动武、取人性命！！！
