  PC dumps memory and automatic restarts.
I got a problem. The pc often dumps memory and then restarts again in the following situations:
1). When start booting win 2000 just before the pc goes into window the system begin to dumps memory. The message show xxxx, xxxx address cannot read.
2). When the system transfer data thought the networking the system sometimes drops and then restarts again.
3). When install Linux on the system the system cannot go thought and in the middle way drops and restarts again.
What are the reasons? By my knowledge, I guess probably the following reasons:
1). The motherboard is not stable?
2). The memory problem?
3). The disk is not stable?
I would like to get points from your  guys? How can I solve the problem? Change another motherboard? Or memory?
