Hi,
i have a baby boy, need to apply for passport to go back to china hurry, anyone can let me know how to do that, and what kind of documents i need?

Do you have his birth certificate? You need that. Have you registered his birth before? There are two kind forms for the birth certificate. One is called long form, the other one called short form. One is for SIN card, the other one you can use it for getting a passport. If you don't have it, do not expect you can have it soon. I am waiting for my son' birth certificate 11 months already. I am still waiting.

Why don't you call the immigration and citizenship department? They will tell you what do you need exactly.

Thank you for your information, i got my baby's birth certificate already, all i have done is sent a fax with all the application forms to thunder bay head office, they will process it immiediately. You may try that too.
