我的保险公司是state farm，agency 是 ed wells。我顺利的拿到了30的免费临时保险。

上句中，是不是漏掉“天”字？实际是“拿到了30天的免费临时保险”？！

GST + PST does not equal to HST in a legal sense. Frist of all, the final amount might be a little bit different. For instance, if the purchase price is $100, add GST, then PST, you will have a final amount that has been taxed twice. If you only add the 13% HST, you will pay only once the tax.
But more importantly, HST is a product out of the agreement by the federal-provincial governements. For instance, if you go to Quebec, there is a PST, then there is a GST. You combine the 2 taxes together, you CANNOT say that it is a HST because there is no HST agreement between Quebec and the Federal government. My point to 火眼金睛 was that you should not accuse other people of misleading if you yourself do not understand the issue.

不过话说回来，美国法律是没有强制规定白天要开车灯的，不过加拿大有立法规定白天开灯。。。

拿到了保险，就可以去提车了。注意美国海关要求出口车信息提前72小时发到海关。在buffalo附近，只有Queenston-Lewiston bridge的美国海关办理汽车出口手续。一般大的dealer都是知道这些的。你一定要说清楚车要从美国出口到加拿大。而且出发前你或者dealer一定要和美国海关confirm资料没有问题。其他地方的美国海关可能不接受fax过去的信息，你只好把原件送过去了。

请问作者这是些什么文件，是在提车之前还是在提车之后，在回加拿大时到美国海关提交。 Thanks
