Bank use this mony to open a credit account for you( means credit card). The credit line is the mount of your deposit. Then you use this card same as regular credit card. The most important is to pay bill on time. Using Security Credit Card can build you credit. When your credit is built up, it is easy for you to apply any other credit card.
