豆豉排骨

小排骨洗干净,沥干,加入料酒及淀粉腌制一会,豌豆洗干净备用,生姜洗干净去皮备用。

豉汁用温水泡开,做成酱,倒入排骨,用筷子搅拌均匀。撒入豌豆。入高压锅蒸至开关跳起时取出,最后撒上葱花即可。
