肉馅中放入所有调味料。反复摔打上劲,约5分钟。

将上好劲的肉糜分成6等分,每个重100克左右,手上沾上淀粉水,用手摔打成圆形,使其表面光滑,大约需要数十下以上。

放入开水锅中煮至定型后捞出。

定好型的狮子头放入有孔蒸盘,方太蒸箱选择普通蒸模式,设置100℃,蒸30分钟。即可。
