专业人士协会的时安迪自己是自由党员，多年一直为自由党助选，其以身作则鼓励华人参政曾令许多人佩服。但知情者透露，他早已从自由党高层获得许诺，若自由党当选连任，他将获得回报（获任命出任一个高薪职位）。最近得知，他已被任命为安省房客房东纠纷处理裁判官。几经了解才知道，为自由党奔波都不会白干，这是该党传统。所以，要想得好处，还是要选自由党，并且为自由党作“义工”。 为什么不可以获得回报？有一份劳动就会以一份汇报，天地良心！

加拿大中国专业人士协会常务副会长时安迪，於本月初被安省政府任命为“安省租房特别法庭”(Ontario Rental Housing Tribunal，简称ORHT)法官(Adjudicator)，任期3年。时安迪表示，他会以法律为依据，公平公正地做好自己的职责。安省租务特别法庭是安省数个“准法庭”(quasi-judicial)之一。所谓准法庭，是指具有与一般法庭几乎相同的运作方式和职能，但只处理某一特定领域内的纠纷。ORHT於1998年6月随“安省租客保护法”(Tenant Protection Act )生效而建立。该法用於规?住宅物业的业主及租客的权利、义务，及行使权利义务的正当程序。ORHT的基本职责则是根据“租客保护法”，通过调解、仲裁及判决的方式，解决业主与租客之间的纠纷，监控住宅物业的加租行为，对租客及业主宣讲其基本权利和义务。
时安迪於今年11月1日由省府内阁提名、经省督批准成为租务法庭法官。时安迪表示，ORHT在2004年度受理了70000多件案子，目前只有40多名法官。所以这是一项非常富有挑战性的工作。鉴於目前华人移民当中租房者相当多，因加租或其它问题与业主发生纠纷的也不少，社区期望时安迪在担此重任之後，可以为维护华人权益做些工作。
时安迪表示，经过前一段时间的培训，他意识到将要承担的是一份专业技术性非常强的工作。法律判决的合理性与一般社会大众所认同的“公正”、“情理”有时并不完全一致。这是一份有挑战、有压力的工作，但他十分乐於接受。他表示，这项工作不仅直接影响许多人的个人生活，而且一个判例可能成为今後的法律。从这个意上讲，这项工作是执法，是释法，也是立法。他会以最大的责任感投入对待这份工作。

记得是在一个饭局上，听人说起时先生的情况，当时只知道这是位社区名人，却从未有幸谋面，因好奇继续打听才知其他一些情况。
获自由党高层酬谢承诺的话出自时先生本人不慎向外人洩密。
时先生的任命来得晚不能怪自由党未及时汇报，而是因为他当时尚未入加籍，无法占据只能由加国公民出任的职位。待他入籍符合资格后，好职位已相继被其他党内同仁占据，只能屈居目前的职位了。
酬谢自己人合乎情理，况且时先生并非不够资格，只是在公众眼中似有腐败之嫌。

咋也去为自由党助选。 如果时先生能秉公奉法，而且还能在公平公正的前提下更多地服务华人社区，那我还是会为多了一个华人官员而感到高兴。
只要没有违背法律，付出之后获得回报就没有错，何况如果时先生是一个能真正为华人社区服务的人的话，那么在上层建筑中这样的华人人士越多就越对华人社区有利——起码在概率上说。

时安迪获得回报任官职，魁北克Group Action广告公司获得联邦合约，还有陈丙丁的华联会获得联邦人头税教育基金。
这自由党看来真是要玩完了。 所以俺现在知道为啥,虽然自由党骂咱华人参政候选人是狗,人头税不予以道歉,还有咱华人替自由党说话,原来是利益使然呀! :P
还有一个有职也有 fund，不知交什么出啥的 ，就拿了我们几十万的税钱

可怕的误解--"阅兵"并非"时安迪"
本人因手臂有残, 中文打字困难. 所以以英文发表一短信, 试图澄清所谓误传. 原文作者似乎是某些动机在心, 未经细读, 便急于跳窜. 恐怕"贴"出有因."truth" 的取名看上去已有些来历, 行文不象新手, 偏偏又是第一个贴子, 且对此栏目频频回顾, 迫不及待, 颇有惟恐天下不乱之势.
华人社区的事难做。我很钦佩时安迪先生数年来的勤勤恳恳，无私敬业。然而，林子大了什么鸟都有。
希望时安迪先生本人和其它正为社区服务的中国人一如既往。俺们农村有句土话： 听拉拉蛄(一种害虫)叫还不种庄稼啦?
